REAL TRANSFORMATIONS. REAL WORK.
You don't need to be perfect.
You need to be consistent.
These results came from putting in the work, staying patient, and trusting the process.
Kowen's transformation
Before
After

Kowen has been one of the people I've watched grow the most throughout his fitness journey. I've seen him go through different stages, learn what works for him, and build a physique that he's genuinely proud of.
The goal wasn't to completely change everything overnight. It was to build on the work he'd already put in and bring his physique to another level.
Over the last six months, we took things up another level and focused on getting him leaner while keeping the muscle and strength he'd worked hard to build.
We tightened up his training, dialed in a personalized diet to help him shred some fat, and stayed consistent with the process.

176lbs
165lbs

Six months of consistent work, better training, nutrition, and accountability made a noticeable difference.
His transformation is a reminder that you don't need to rush the process. You just need to keep showing up and getting a little better along the way. 1% better every day compounds quickly. You have to be able to see the bigger picture.
Lets take a look at
my personal transformation now.
When I first started training, I was focused on one thing: getting bigger. At 15 and around 125–130 pounds, I didn't really understand how to gain weight properly.

My transformation
I was eating more, training hard, and hoping for the best — without really knowing how to build muscle without putting on more fat than I wanted.
Over the years, I've learned how my body responds to training and nutrition, how to make adjustments, and how to actually control the direction of my physique instead of just hoping it changes.
These photos represent years of learning, mistakes,
adjustments, and progress. It's a big part of why I coach the way I do today.
